Why a Career Conference for Girls?

Some of the most important and best-paying future careers will be in math and science, fields that are wide open for young women who are prepared. You need to take classes in math and science in middle school and high school so the doors of opportunity will be open to you later.

At this conference you will meet women successful in math- and science-related fields.  You'll discover what they do on their jobs, what education and skills are needed, and how they balance family and career.

Each workshop includes hands-on activities that are fun and help you get a feel for the career.
